Northland Credit Union of Spokane, Washington has completed its conversion to CU*BASE, provided by CU*NorthWest, a data processing CUSO based in Liberty Lake Washington.

The credit union converted from Fiserv CUSA in-house processing to the CU*BASE online solution.  Northland also added member imaging and electronic receipts through integrated technology provided by eDOC Innovations, a cuasterisk.com network partner of CU*NorthWest.

The upgrade was accomplished during the first weekend in March and included migration to It’s Me 247 Online Banking, CU*Talk Audio Response and all internal operations systems.

In addition to contracting for data processing, Northland purchased stock ownership in the CUSO.
