New Archive Media Pricing a Win/Win

CU*NorthWest recently announced a new pricing structure for report and statement archive media that will result in reduced costs for all clients.

Based on an improved process using technology by eDOC Innovations (a network partner CUSO) and a new pricing structure, CU*NorthWest will pass on the savings to their credit union clients.  The new pricing structure will reduce archive media costs by as much as 30%. Every CU*NorthWest clients cost for the service will go down.

In addition to the lower cost, clients are also receiving increased value. The old pricing method was based on the number of pages being archived.  The new method is a flat rate so clients are able to archive more for less.

Greg Smith, CEO of CU*NorthWest said, “It always bothered me a bit that credit unions might not be archiving as much information due to cost containment concerns.  This new pricing approach should remove that concern with an added bonus – a lower overall price.”

The price reduction took effect in November 2013.
