CU*NorthWest, a cooperative data processing CUSO, recognized Metrum Community CU as the 2018 “Spirit of CU*NorthWest Award” winner. The credit union received the award for very actively collaborating to enhance CU*BASE® tools. Our team recognized the product offerings of CU*BASE that would allow us to better serve our membership and data mine our relationships, giving us the ability to better understand our members’ needs. Our staff, in conjunction with our partner, CU*NorthWest, completed implementation after implementation (Drive It) rolling out several internal and external offerings. The cooperative spirit is alive at both of our organizations!”
