In designing a new digital member experience, Meridian Mutual FCU’s objective was to create a website that would address ADA regulations. CUSO Media Services, a CU*SOUTH Managed Service, worked with Meridian Mutual to design a website that features a new streamlined menu system, easy-to-navigate row-based design, and a robust accessibility plug-in that gives existing and prospective members access to tools like screen readers and keyboard navigation. The new website also features responsive coding that scales to work on any device without sacrificing function.
