CU*NorthWest, a 100% credit union-owned cooperative CUSO, held their 2021 Annual Leadership Conference Oct 25th & 26th, in person, at the Northern Quest Resort in Airway Heights, Washington. The event brought together credit union leadership from across the country for a briefing on the organization’s overall direction and major projects for the coming year with the new CEO Larry Hayes.
This year’s conference theme was “Getting the Train Back on Track.” Topics that were covered during the two-day event were intended to rejuvenate the spirit of the cooperative as it enters a new era of delivery of products and services to communities in the wake of COVID.
Agenda Items included an introduction of new CEO Larry Hayes and his vision; a review of the 2021 CU*BASE releases; round table discussions & collaborations; and a CU*NorthWest board meeting that was made open to credit union CEOs to attend and audit.
