CU*NorthWest Approves 2014 Business Plan and Budget

The Board of Directors of CU*NorthWest, an information technology CUSO based in Liberty Lake, Washington, approved the budget and business plan for 2014 at their recent board planning session.

The theme of this year’s plan is “Acceleration at the Apex” and details how the data processing company will balance growth and capacity expansion as it turns the corner from the startup to an aggressive growth phase in its development.

“CU*NorthWest is on the road to great success and this year’s business plan lays out a path that will build and support infrastructure investment and returns for owners and users of the CU*BASE® software platform,” said Board Chairman Todd Powell.

The plan calls for an expansion of the existing office space, increased staff and outsourcing relationships with cuasterisk network partners. The CUSO will be poised to double its new client conversions in the 2014 fiscal year with a potential customer pipeline nearly 4 times as deep as in previous years.

“The board is really excited about where we are headed and the plan on how to get there,” added Powell.

CU*NorthWest operates on an October/September fiscal year.
