Network Speakers Announced

Grand Rapids, MI – July 26th, 2011
The network, representing a network of credit union-owned organizations (CUSOs) who have partnered together to collaborate and serve credit union membership in a creative new way, recently announced its bureau of Expert Speakers for 2011.

According to a spokesperson for the network, these speakers offer decades of experience serving the credit union industry. The combined group is intended to represent a broad cross-section of disciplines regarding a wide array of topics pertaining to the credit union industry. These Experts are not only involved in the daily experience for helping credit unions perform, but are anxious to share their experiences and expertise with others – often, for no fee other than related T&E travel related costs. Previously, these Experts have been requested to attend various League and State Chapter Meetings, Tradeshows, Workshops and other credit union planning sessions.

The 2011 Speaker’s Bureau includes experts covering such areas as:
o Lending tools and strategies – what’s hot today; processes and procedures.
o Call Center organization and utilization for maximizing member relationships
o Organizing a CUSO – what are key benefits, risks and other considerations?
o Auditing and Compliance – weaving your way through a myriad of audit/ compliance related issues facing credit union’ today; preparing for upcoming examinations and audits
o eDoc Management – how to cost effectively plan for and integrate an effective e-document strategy for your credit union.
o Network design, security and management – considerations for developing and maintaining a secure and reliable network; disaster recovering and business continuity strategies, Web technology.
