Chiropractic Federal Credit Union Tackles Growth Head-On through eStrategy Planning

CU*Answers eDocument strategies team manager John Beauchamp recently visited Chiropractic Federal Credit Union in Farmington, MI to assist them with their eDocument strategy planning. As a result, the credit union learned of eDocument tactics that lead to operational efficiencies. They also learned how these efficiencies can subsequently improve member service and even attract new members as the credit union’s eStrategy grows. Ultimately they learned how a good eStrategy can save the credit union thousands of dollars while accomplishing the above.

Anne Blain, CEO of the credit union shared, “Chiropractic Federal Credit Union has expanded our field of membership to other states. With growth come changes. We realized to better utilize efficiencies, space and to improve service to our members, we needed to address an electronic document strategy.  John came highly recommended and helped us immensely to assess our current operation and to educate us in all the areas that we could apply e-strategies.  He also helped us to analyze the cost and time we could save by implementing this type of program.  I appreciate John and his professional knowledge. He took a hard look at how we do things and allowed us to ask all types of questions and offered excellent solutions.”

This eDocument strategy planning service is available from the CU*Answers Management Services team. The service includes an onsite visit to meet with the credit union team. While onsite, the eDocument strategies team conducts a “walk-around” which allows them to see firsthand the challenges and opportunities that exist in the area of electronic documents at the credit union. Following the onsite visit and based on observations and discussion with credit union leaders and process owners, the eDocument strategies team creates for the credit union an eDocument strategy. The document includes specific recommendations and plans for implementation of the recommendations along with any associated costs and timelines.
