CU*NorthWest will participate in an annual user group event in Southern Californina to be held February 12th and hosted by RAFE Federal Credit Union. The event draws over 90% participation by California credit unions using the CU*BASE® GOLD core processing solution offered by CU*NorthWest. This annual event is a combination of user peer interaction with the direct participation of CU*NorthWest team members. This year, in addition to CU*NorthWest staff participation, the entire CU*NorthWest board of directors will travel to the meeting to interact directly with current Southern California clients, prospective new clients and will hold a board meeting at Inland Valley FCU the following day.

The agenda for the user group meeting this year will include further peer discussion on leveraging the tools in the CU*BASE GOLD core processing solution in addition to sharing execution techniques and best practices as well as joint business initiatives contemplated by the group. This year will also include updates from CU*NorthWest on the new state of the art disaster recovery and business continuity environment and general business updates from the firm’s management team.
