OpsEngine, the operations and data center group that handles daily processing for CU*Answers, has just completed improvements to member draft and corporate draft processing. “Our Programming team reworked the process and we were able to take advantage of automation tools,” said Todd Underhill, OpsEngine operations manager. “This allowed us to cut the processing time for this procedure by 80%.”
The new process also provides CU*Answers Operations with improved error screening. Jeff Miller, the OpsEngine business development manager added that OpsEngine will also be adding additional processing options for drafts shortly; the team is constantly improving behind the scenes to improve effectiveness, consistency, and security.
