Client Services & Education makes training happen

The West-Michigan based cooperative CUSO, CU*Answers, is pleased to announce that during the month of January, the Client Services & Education Team coordinated 87 courses for their clients to attend. “Out of the 87 courses that were coordinated, 56 were also taught by the Client Services & Education Team,” said Laura Welch-Vilker, VP of Client Services & Education. “In an effort to reach all our clients, most of our courses are offered via web conference with video. We are also honing our skills to combine classroom and web conferences for those clients that still prefer the in-person experience.”
