CU*Answers clients process own data updates

CU*Answers will release the ability for their client credit union data analysts to pull data from an external source in CU*BASE®, the core processing software, and update their own configured data elements into the core.

With the increased technical knowledge of credit union data analysts, CU*Answers is now allowing for the credit union employee to configure their own input field and update the data on their own – with no CU*Answers staff or cost. This new feature will release the first phase in the 18.06 release in June 2018 following with the ability for the credit union to create their own data input field.

This new feature will not only reduce the cost for any custom programs, but let the credit union have more control over their own database. This new feature was the result of the 2017 Data Investment Symposium group.
