CU*Answers’ November “Tricks of the Trade” webinar featured resources to assist clients with learning more about features that were implemented with the 17.10 CU*BASE® release. Included in the training were new booklets, brochures, and help topics written specifically to educate clients about the new features. Highlighted features included holds on remote desktop capture deposits, a compromised card feature, and call center analysis tools.
