West-Michigan based cooperative CUSO CU*Answers is pleased to announce that the 2018 Education Catalog is complete and is being mailed to clients within the next two weeks. CU*Answers typically delivers the catalog prior to the beginning of each calendar year in an effort to give clients time to design their own annual training program based on the offerings in the catalog.
“To accommodate different learning styles, we offer the courses in a variety of formats,” said Laura Welch-Vilker, VP of Client Services and Education. “From in-person courses to web conferences and interactive video tutorials, there’s a training solution to meet any need. Complementing our broad array of courses, our special training events offer credit union staff the opportunity to not only learn about CU*BASE®, but also to network with peers. One of our most popular training events is the CU*BASE Leadership Conference, which offers CEOs and credit union senior leaders a look back at significant CU*BASE enhancements during the first half of the year and a look forward at enhancements to come.”
Lani Lowing, client services and education specialist added: “From my perspective, one of the most important offerings this year are our free web conference events and combined classroom and web conference events! These free offerings are very popular with our clients, and are drawing more participation.”
