Delta County created a Retailer Direct relationship with local RV dealer, Hilltop RV Superstore. Using the Retailer Direct web application, patrons of Hilltop RV Superstore can apply for credit at Delta County Credit Union.

Retailer Direct allows a retailer to submit credit information directly to a Credit Unions CU*BASE lending queue. Using the Credit Unions decision model, an approval can be returned to the retailer and the appropriate forms are automatically generated at the retailers site. For a credit union, this relationship is both a source of new loans and new members. For the retailer, this relationship provides a simple, automatic way to offer financing to patrons through a local financial institution.
