CU*Answers recently announced on its website that it will host a 3rd Quarter Roundtable event focusing on credit union methods, best practices, and other intricacies focusing on member delinquencies.
The Collection Roundtable will be held at CU*Answers headquarters, April 29, 2010 from 9:30am to 12:00pm. The agenda states that it will consist of an open forum on collections laws, internal procedures, and CU*BASE processes. The invitation continues to state that this event provides a “perfect opportunity to ask questions, get answers, share opinions, and have your voices heard.”
