CU*Answers Partners with SHAZAM for Card Services

CU*Answers, a CUSO located in Grand Rapids, Michigan, known for its flagship core data processing system, announces it will now be offering a new online ATM/Debit program with SHAZAM.

While CU*Answers has always had a batch relationship with SHAZAM for mutual clients, CU*Answers will be putting its first credit union on SHAZAM CAS Online Realtime product October 7th, 2009.

Upgrading to this product will provide clients with online status of cards, secured holds held on the core platform for transactions, online real time authorizations, as well as a single point of entry for card orders and maintenance of ATM/Debit accounts.

CU*Answers is accepting requests for converting to this platform for early 2010.
