Designed for CEOs and senior credit union leaders for all CU*BASE clients, this proved to be an exciting and unique opportunity for peers to hear CU*Answers vision for partnership during the upcoming year.
The week was led by CU*Answers CEO, Randy Karnes, and the inspirational theme My Credit Union, realized dreams start here, setting the stage with the friendly reminder that the credit union industry is still the place to be for the American consumer, credit union worker, and all of our hopes and dreams.
The events of the week included optional education sessions, focusing on topics such as Call Center Strategies, Focus on Compliance and Auditing, and Ways to Improve Your Lending Engine. The CU*BASE Annual Leadership Conference was held Wednesday, at Frederik Meijer Gardnes & Sculpture Park, followed by the Annual Stockholders Meeting downtown at Eve at the B.O.B. The excitement of the week culminated during the Annual Golf Outing, held Thursday at Saskatoon Golf Club, where Jon Denhof, Board Member for Kent County Credit Union shot a Hole-In-One, winning his choice of Airline Tickets or a Cruise for Two.
